I have been a practicing massage therapist for over 4 years. in order to insure a broad education I have attended 5 different massage schools. Along with massage training I have also spent time in yoga training and zen meditation training. I love working with the body and mind to help bring balance to ones life. Aside from performing therapeutic massage, I strive to give my clients valuable information that they can use at home to help them achieve their best health. The practical benefits of massage are important for body maintenance so that you can live a life that is full without being run down by stress, pain and degeneration. I believe that massage is not a luxury but a necessity.
Along with being a massage therapist and new mom, I am happy to be the manager for Deep Art and Yoga. Being a part of the Deep community is an important part of my life and I hope to share with you the health and wellbeing that it brings.
